Microwave Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) box confectioners sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1/4 c. evaporated milk
    1 stick or 1/2 c. margarine, sliced
    1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Sift first 3 ingredients together into a 3-quart glass casserole.
    Add milk; mix until partially blended.
    Place margarine over top.
    Microwave for 2 minutes.
    Add vanilla; beat until smooth.
    Add pecans; mix well.
    Pour into 8 x 8-inch buttered dish.
    Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour.
    Cut into squares.
