Fried Green Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 tomatoes (green)
bread crumbs or flour
salt and pepper
Preparation

You can also use firm ripe tomatoes.
Select firm, ripe tomatoes or firm green tomatoes.
Wash them and cut in 1/2-inch slices without removing the skins.
Dip each slice in bread crumbs or flour; saute in hot oil or Crisco.
Season with salt and pepper.
