Ed Harmon'S Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. warm water
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 Tbsp. salt or less
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. vegetable oil (can use melted butter; makes it flaky)
    2 eggs
    4 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in the water.
    Add salt, sugar and vegetable oil and mix together.
    Add eggs and 3 cups flour; mix.
    Add 1 more cup flour and knead.
    (May need to add a little flour if sticky.) Let rise; knead again into rolls or bread.
    Use a greased pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown on top. Rub butter on top of each roll.
    This is a good recipe to use for cinnamon rolls/bread.
