Oven Roasted "New" Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. small potatoes
    2 tsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. kosher salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    chives or parsley
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Wash and cut potatoes if large.
    Put potatoes in a 13 x 9-inch shallow dish.
    Add next 3 ingredients; toss to coat.
    Bake 35 minutes, shaking pan twice or stirring until potatoes are lightly browned.
    Sprinkle with chives or parsley. Contains 3 g fat.
