Broccoli-Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    3 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 qt. half and half
    1 lb. Velveeta
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion in margarine.
    Mix all ingredients in crock-pot. Cook until broccoli becomes tender, about 3 hours.
