Microwave Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cocoa
    1 box powdered sugar (2 lb. 10x)
    1/2 c. milk
    2 sticks margarine
    1/2 to 1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift cocoa and sugar in a large mixing bowl.
    Add milk and lay margarine sticks on top.
    Do not stir.
    Cook on High for 6 minutes.
    Remove from microwave and stir thoroughly.
    Add vanilla and nuts.
    Stir until well mixed.
    Pour into buttered platter. Cool in refrigerator for 1 hour.
    Cut and serve.
    Do not double this recipe.
