Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    3 eggs
    1 stick butter or margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 lb. small curd cottage cheese
    1/2 lb. American cheese, cut into small pieces
    1/2 lb. brick cheese, cut into small pieces
Preparation
    Cook and drain spinach; salt and pepper to taste.
    Melt butter.
    Add flour and eggs and mix everything.
    Put into 9 x 12-inch dish and bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until cheese turns slightly brown on top.
    Serves 12.
