Carilou'S Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    1/2 tsp. lemon flavoring
    1/2 c. Mazola or Wesson oil
Preparation
    Cream sugar and oil.
    Beat eggs and add to sugar and oil mixture.
    Add other ingredients.
    Mix well and form a ball. Refrigerate overnight.
    Roll dough as thin as you like.
    Pinch a small portion of dough and form a ball in your hand.
    Flatten the small ball of dough and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
