Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese (shredded cheese works better)
Preparation

Soften cream cheese by letting sit at room temperature. Add Cheddar
cheese
to
cream cheese.
Mix together.
You may add onions,
green
pepper,
chopped
ham, chopped dried beef, pineapple or pecans to your mix.
Roll into a ball.
Roll ball over chopped pecans, if desired.
