Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts or chicken parts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. chicken broth
1 c. butter, melted
1 c. sour cream
1 stack Ritz crackers
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In large bowl mix chicken pieces (cooked and cut up in strips), soup, broth and sour cream.
Pour into ungreased casserole dish.
Cover with crushed Ritz crackers and pour butter over top.
Bake 30 minutes until brown and bubbly.
