Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 Tbsp. finely processed onions
    2 Tbsp. finely processed bell peppers
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. red pepper or 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Combine softened cheeses and blend well.
    Add onions, bell peppers and seasonings.
    Mix well and chill 1 hour or until firm. Shape into balls.
    Roll in finely chopped pecans or walnuts.
    This is better served after
    it has been allowed to sit 3 to 5 days.
