Frosted Walnuts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cup buttermilk
4 cups walnuts
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation

Mix the buttermilk and sugar in a sauce pan and cook slowly until at soft ball stage (approximately 15 minutes).
Take off heat and add the vanilla, stir.
Next add nuts and stir until covered.
Spread onto waxed paper and let cool.
Break apart with fork and store in tin.
