Sour Cream Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. sour cream
1 1/4 tsp. soda
2 c. flour
2 c. oatmeal
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
raisins, nutmeats or chocolate chips (optional)

Preparation

Cream butter and brown sugar; add beaten eggs, sour cream and soda.
Beat well; stir in remaining ingredients.
Drop by teaspoon on a greased cookie sheet.\tBake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
