Peanut Butter French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
    8 slices sandwich bread
    2 bananas, sliced
    4 eggs, lightly beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Spread peanut butter evenly over 4 bread slices.
    Arrange banana slices evenly over peanut butter.
    Top with remaining bread slices.
    Set aside.
    Combine eggs and milk in shallow dish.
    Melt butter in a large, nonstick skillet over medium heat.
    Dip each sandwich into egg mixture, turning to coat both sides.
    Place in hot skillet and cook 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until brown. Serve immediately.
