Darrell'S Goulash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. tenderloin, cut into 1/2 to 3/4-inch cubes
2 Tbsp. oil
salt
large onion, cut in half and sliced
1 qt. water
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. paprika
16 oz. can diced tomatoes (undrained)
1/4 c. cornstarch
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Brown meat in oil and season with salt.
Add onions and saute until tender.
Add water, soup base, salt and paprika.
Cook until meat is tender (falling apart).
Add tomatoes.
Heat to boiling. Mix cornstarch and water.
Add to broth to thicken.
Serve over noodles.
