Angel Feathers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. white sugar
    4 egg yolks, beaten
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
    1 c. cold water
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 pkg. Dream Whip
    4 egg whites, beaten
    30 crushed graham crackers
    8 Tbsp. melted butter
    8 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Cook until thick, in a double boiler, the white sugar, beaten egg yolks and milk.
    When cooled somewhat,
    but still medium hot, add unflavored gelatin, cold water and vanilla.
    Let cool until solid.
    Then fold in packages of Dream Whip and egg whites and beat until stiff with mixer (at low speed).
    Set aside.
