Ingredients

2 c. flour, sifted
dash of salt
1 c. sugar
3 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. shortening
2 (3 3/4 oz. each) pkg. lemon instant pudding mix
Preparation

Sift flour, baking soda and salt.
Set aside.
Cream shortening; add sugar and pudding mix.
Cream until light and fluffy.
Add eggs; mix thoroughly.
Add flour mixture; beat thoroughly.
Drop by teaspoonful onto cookie sheet.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
