Pig Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
4 eggs or egg substitute
1 c. applesauce
1 small can mandarin oranges
1 (4 serving) pkg. instant vanilla sugar-free pudding
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 (8 oz.) container lite Cool Whip

Preparation

This is a large cake.
I use a 12-inch spring-form pan. Single ten-inch is too small.
Great for a special party.
Serves 16.
