Chicken Hot Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. dry rice
    1 cut-up chicken
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    3 c. water
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Put rice and water in bottom of pan.
    Place chicken on rice. Mix soups together and pour over chicken.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours in covered pan.
    Remove cover and cook 15 to 20 minutes longer.
