Potato Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    2 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 bunch parsley
    6 slices toasted bread, cubed
    1 Tbsp. marjoram flakes
    6 eggs
Preparation
    Peel, cook and mash potatoes.
    Saute onion, celery, parsley and marjoram flakes until tender.
    Beat eggs.
    Add to mashed potatoes (no milk).
    Then add rest of ingredients and bake if desired.
