Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
German chocolate cake mix
1 lb. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick margarine
Preparation

Layer the coconut and pecans in a 9 x 13-inch pan (do not stir).
Mix the cake mix as directed on box.
Pour over pecans (do not stir).
Mix the powdered sugar, softened cream cheese and softened margarine.
Drop on top of cake mixture by tablespoon (do not stir).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
