Chicken Salad Oriental - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1/4 lb. Chinese pea pods (1 c.)
    1 (10 oz.) can chunk light chicken, drained
    1/2 c. sliced almonds, toasted
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3 c. coleslaw mix
Preparation
    Remove strings from pea pods and cut diagonally in half.
    Mix oil, sugar, vinegar and soy sauce in large bowl.
    Add remaining ingredients; toss to coat.
    Serve immediately.
