Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 tsp. sugar
3 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
2 c. flour
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

In large bowl, combine yeast, water and teaspoon of sugar. Add mixture of eggs, oil and buttermilk.
Combine all dry ingredients in a second bowl and add them to the liquid.
Fry pancake batter as desired.
