Honey Lemon Barbecued Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    salad oil
    4 chicken breasts (or a fryer, cut up)
    1/4 c. honey
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard (dry)
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 medium lemon, cut in half for garnish
    parsley sprigs for garnish
Preparation
    Mix well honey, lemon juice mustard and salt.
    Barbecue chicken over medium hot coals and brush generously with glaze mixture.
    (Sometimes I marinate in a Ziploc bag in mixture for an hour before barbecue.)
    Cook chicken until fork tender.
    Brush often with honey glaze.
