Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 lemon
Preparation
    Put chicken in a shallow pan.
    Sprinkle salt and pepper on top.
    Inset lemon in cavity.
    Bake, breast up, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, breast down at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour and breast up at 400\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
