Pork & Sauerkraut Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can sauerkraut
    1 large potato
    1/2 large onion
    1 lb. pork chops or left-over pork roast
    2 tsp. brown sugar
    1/2 can beer
Preparation
    Layer in casserole.
    Pour beer on top.
    Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours.
