Chicken Breasts In Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 boned, skinned and split chicken breasts
    poultry seasoning
    1/4 lb. butter
    6 slices boiled ham
    6 slices Swiss or Gruyere cheese
    parsley to taste
    thyme to taste
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Rub chicken breasts with poultry seasoning.
    Saute in butter and cook, uncovered, for 15 minutes.
    Remove to a buttered casserole dish.
    Cover with the ham and a slice of cheese on each piece of chicken, parsley and thyme to taste.
    Pour heavy cream over all and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Then broil for 5 minutes until light brown.
    Serve with Wild Rice Sausage Bake.
