Crunchy Potato Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. very stiff mashed potatoes
    2 c. finely chopped fully cooked ham
    1 c. shredded cheddar or swiss
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2-4 tbsp. all purpose flour
    1 3/4 c. crushed cornflakes
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine the potatoes, ham, cheese, mayonnaise, egg, mustard and pepper; mix well.
    Add enough of the flour to make a stiff mixture.
    Chill.
    Shape into 1 inch balls; roll in cornflakes.
    Place on a greased baking sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25-30 minutes or until heated through. Serve hot.
