Cranberry Pork Chops(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    1 c. canned jellied cranberry sauce
    1 tsp. grated orange rind
    1/2 c. crushed pineapple (optional)
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Flour chops and brown in a small amount of hot oil in skillet. Mix rest of ingredients and pour over chops. Cover and simmer for 1 hour or until fork tender.
