Sour Cream Cheese Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 corn or flour tortillas
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    3 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded (8 oz.)
    3/4 c. onion, chopped
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    1/3 c. flour
    2 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (4 oz.) can jalapenos or 2 oz. jalapenos and 2 oz. green chiles, chopped
Preparation
    Fry tortillas in oil until soft.
    Place some cheese and onion in each shell and roll.
    Place, seam side down, in lightly greased cake size pan.
