Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 medium onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
2 eggs
1 stick butter
1 stack Ritz crackers
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cook broccoli according to package directions.
Drain well. Mix broccoli, onion, soup, mayonnaise, eggs and cheese.
Put into casserole dish.
Cut butter into pieces and arrange over mixture. Crush crackers and cover top of casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Let stand about 20 minutes before serving.
