Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 12 flour tortillas
chicken, cooked and chopped
1 c. grated cheese
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1 can chicken broth
8 oz. sour cream
1/4 c. onion, chopped
Preparation

Cook butter in skillet until melted.
Sprinkle in flour.
This makes a paste.
Add broth; stir all together.
Add sour cream. This will be thick and creamy.
