Bacon, Egg And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9 slices white bread, decrusted, buttered and cubed
1/2 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 to 1 lb. bacon, cooked, drained and diced
6 eggs
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
Preparation

Butter a 9 x 13-inch casserole.
Arrange buttered bread crumbs on the bottom.
Top with grated cheese, then the meat.
Blend milk and seasonings; pour evenly over bread, cheese and meat.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
Sausage or ham may be substituted for bacon.
