Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 soda crackers, crushed fine
3 c. rhubarb, chopped fine
2 1/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 Tbsp. butter
1 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Mix first 5 ingredients and let stand while making the crust. Pour mixture into pie crust. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake until a knife comes out clean. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Then at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
