Beef Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean stewing meat beef
4 carrots, cut into chunks
2 onions, cut into chunks
2 stalks celery, cut into chunks
1 (15 oz.) can whole tomatoes, undrained
1/4 c. Minute tapioca
dash of thyme and oregano
pinch of salt
1/2 c. beef bouillon
Preparation

Dump all the ingredients into crock-pot.
Cover and set on high.
Cook for 6 to 8 hours.
Test for doneness and stir a couple of times.
