Pa'S Favorite Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1/3 c. melted butter
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
pinch of salt
1 c. sugar
1 unbaked pie shell

Preparation

Combine all ingredients except pie shell.
Blend well with electric mixer.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake in preheated oven at 400\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until golden and puffy.
Top with whipped cream.
