Sour Cream Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 qt. roasted pecan halves
Preparation
    Mix sugar, sour cream and vanilla in a large pot.
    Stir and bring to a boil.
    Boil 3 minutes, stirring often.
    Pour in roasted pecans.
    Stir until liquid is absorbed.
    Pour onto waxed paper; separate so pecans will dry without sticking together.
    Allow to dry.
    Store in airtight container.
