Super Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. honey
    1 c. peanut butter
    1 c. carob
    1 c. unhulled sesame seed
    1 c. sunflower seeds
    1/2 c. shredded coconut
    1/2 c. chopped dates or prunes
Preparation
    Heat honey and peanut butter.
    Quickly add carob and then all the seeds, coconut and fruit.
    Pour into greased 8 x 8-inch pan and refrigerate until it hardens.
    Cut into squares and keep refrigerated.
    Yields 25 squares.
