Ripe Tomato Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. ripe tomatoes
6 stems celery
6 medium onions
6 green peppers (sweet)
3 lb. brown sugar
3 oz. whole mustard
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 qt. vinegar (dark)
1/2 c. salt
Preparation

Grind tomatoes, celery, onions and peppers through food chopper. Sprinkle with salt and let stand overnight.
Drain.
Add brown sugar, mustard, cinnamon and vinegar.
Mix all together. Mix well and put in jars. Requires no cooking and will keep.
This is a very good relish.
