Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. brown sugar
1/2 lb. (2 sticks) oleo
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. white or dark Karo
popped corn
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. butter
peanuts (optional)
pecans (optional)
Preparation

Blend brown sugar, oleo, salt and Karo together and boil 8 minutes.
Take pan off heat and add baking soda and butter.
Into very large mixing bowl, pour mixture over 6 quarts popped corn. Peanuts or pecans can be added to popped corn.
Mix thoroughly. Bake on 2 cookie sheets at 200\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
