Bread Starter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. instant potatoes
    2 c. warm water
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. yeast
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 1/2
    cup
    warm
    water.
    Add
    remaining ingredients.
    Leave at room temperature for 24 hours.
    Feed 3/4 cup sugar, 3 tablespoons instant potatoes and 1 cup warm water. Leave out 12 hours.
    Use 1 cup starter for baking and put 1 cup back in refrigerator.
