Beef Cabbage Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1/2 head cabbage, chopped fine
    1 tsp. brown sugar
    2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes or juice
    2 (8 oz.) cans red kidney beans
    3 beef bouillon cubes
    garlic, salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and cook until veggies are tender, about 1 hour.
