Baked French Donuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/4 c. nutmeg
    2 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix butter and sugar until creamy.
    Add eggs.
    Sift dry ingredients and add to other mixture alternately with milk.
    Fill muffin tins 1/2 full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Brush with melted butter.
    While hot, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Makes about 12.
