Mexican Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. instant rice
    1 c. shredded mild Cheddar cheese
    1 can green chili peppers, sliced in ribbons and drained
    1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Cook rice as directed.
    Put in casserole.
    Blend 2/3 cup Cheddar cheese, peppers and sour cream.
    Put remaining cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until thick.
