Chicken Divan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2/3 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. cooking sherry (optional)
    1 head broccoli or small bag frozen florets
    2 c. mild Cheddar, shredded
Preparation
    Cook chicken and cut into bite-size pieces.
    Lightly butter a large casserole dish.
    Cover bottom of dish with broccoli florets. Spread chicken over broccoli.
    Mix soup, mayonnaise and cooking sherry and stir together well.
    Pour mixture over chicken and spread out evenly.
    Cover sauce with grated cheese.
    Place in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
    Serve with rice.
