Party Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 onion, chopped
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Melt together oleo and cream cheese.
    Add soup and onion; mix together until smooth.
    Put 1/2 of potatoes in a greased pan and pour on half of the sauce.
    Sprinkle the rest of the potatoes and add the remainder of sauce.
    Top with 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese. Bake at 325\u00b0, covered, for 1 hour.
