Watergate Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
    1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 can sliced pineapple
    nuts (if desired)
    cherries (to decorate)
Preparation
    Mix crushed pineapple and instant pistachio pudding in a bowl. Add Cool Whip and mix well with spoon.
    Add nuts, if desired. Decorate with sliced pineapple and cherries.
    Put in refrigerator to cool.
