Seafood Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. crabmeat or shrimp, drained and cut in pieces
1 c. shredded process sharp American cheese
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut into 1/4-inch cubes
1/4 c. thinly sliced green onions
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick baking mix
4 eggs
3/4 tsp. salt
dash of nutmeg
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Lightly grease 10 x 1 1/2-inch pie plate. Mix crabmeat, cheese and onions.
Place in pie plate.
Beat remaining ingredients until smooth (15 seconds in blender on high speed or 1 minute by hand).
Pour into pie plate.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
