Butter Glazed Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium carrots, peeled and cut to 1 1/2 to 2-inch shape into ovals
3 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. sugar
pinch of salt
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. fresh parsley
Preparation

Steam carrots until tender; drain.
Over medium heat combine in skillet the butter, sugar, lemon juice and salt.
When bubbly add carrots and parsley.
Remove from heat.
Stir until carrots are coated.
Serve immediately.
