Mom'S Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chicken, cooked, deboned and cut up
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    3/4 c. milk
    2 pkg. frozen peas and carrots, thawed (1 pkg. egg noodles can be substituted, if you prefer)
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing
    1 small onion, chopped or 3 tsp. dried onion
Preparation
    Place cut up chicken in 9 x 12-inch pan.
    Mix soup, milk, vegetables and onion in saucepan.
    Heat until blended and vegetables are slightly cooked.
    Pour over chicken.
    Melt margarine and pour over cornbread stuffing.
    Add 1 cup chicken broth and stir well.
    Spread over chicken mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
